Research support on reproductive health

Client:  Hewlett Foundation, Packard Foundation

Date:  June 2011-ongoing

MannionDaniels is working closely with senior advisors of the Hewlett Foundation and the Packard Foundation on various aspects of reproductive health research.

The ongoing support includes research into performance indicators for the more neglected aspects of reproductive health (including reducing maternal mortality from unsafe abortion, preventing and treating gender-based violence, and reducing unwanted/unplanned pregnancies in young and poor women).  To see more resources (including peer-reviewed article) on this work, please contact Rolla Khadduri, Technical Team Lead at MannionDaniels.

Another area of support is to identify key issues that link reproductive health to global priorities such as sustainable economic development, environmental sustainability, population dynamics, and peace and security.
