HR Officer (Part time)

We are looking to strengthen our small, friendly HR team, based in central Bath, with the addition of an HR Officer with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. The role is a part time job share arrangement which provides the opportunity to work across the full range of HR services and lead on coordinating our recruitment process.

The role provides a comprehensive range of HR administration and coordination support which delivers an efficient and effective HR service to Mannion Daniels staff and managers, both nationally and internationally. The role holder will use their current HR/ recruitment experience to ensure our systems are kept up to date and to provide advice to staff and managers on staffing processes and policies. Working as part of a team, the role will also involve supporting a variety of staffing related projects to bring about improvements in systems, resourcing, reward, staff engagement and staff development.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with about 3 years experience of HR administration. You will also have:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good foundation knowledge of employment law
  • Proven ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service approach
  • Good familiarity with Microsoft Office and online management systems.
  • A particular interest in recruitment and resourcing
