MannionDaniels scores highly in fund management survey

The MannionDaniels-led consortium received an 88% satisfaction rate for its fund management of UK Aid Match.

As the fund manager of UK Aid Match, MannionDaniels regularly seeks feedback from the fund's grant holders to ensure we are creating a supportive environment which maximises the impact of the portfolio. One of the feedback tools is a yearly survey which assesses performance in a number of key areas in the preceding twelve months.

Graphic showing key highlights of the survey. 88% think that the Fund Manager has been adaptable, flexible and supportive in relation to overcoming project challenges arising over COVID-19. 81% feel there is a supportive environment for project learning and adaptation. 96% agreed that the fund is responsive to communications from grant holders. Three in four respondents believe the Fund Manager has added value to the project. 96% rated the grant management support provided as good or excellent. 89% have an open and trusting relationship with the Fund Manager. 74% said the capacity development support of the Fund Manager had contributed to their wider organisational systems, programming or communications.
